Return Policy
To protect your legal rights and ensure a worry-free shopping experience at Sultris, we have established the following clear and reasonable return policy: Return Application Conditions You must submit a return application within 30 days of receiving the goods. Returns submitted after this period will not be processed (based on the courier's delivery receipt date, which can be tracked via the tracking number). Returned goods must be in brand new, unused condition, with all packaging, labels, tags, and accessories intact and undamaged, and must not affect resale (except for cosmetic damage due to quality issues). If the goods have quality problems (such as breakage, spoilage, or malfunction), please provide clear photos or videos of the goods when applying for a return so that we can quickly verify and process your request. Some special categories of goods (such as customized groceries and perishable foods) are not eligible for return due to their special characteristics. Submit Application:** Log in to supliss.com, go to the "My Orders" page, find the order you wish to return, click "Apply for Return," fill in the reason for return as prompted by the system, upload relevant supporting documents (if any), and submit the application.
Review and Confirmation:** We will review your return application within 1-3 business days. Once approved, we will notify you of the return address and important notes via email or SMS.
Return the Goods:** Please return the goods to the designated address within 7 days of receiving the approval notification and keep the tracking number safe for future tracking.
Quality Inspection and Refund:** After receiving your returned goods, we will conduct a quality inspection within 3-5 business days. Once we confirm that the goods meet the return conditions, we will process the refund using your original payment method. The refund amount will arrive within 1-7 business days (the specific arrival time depends on the payment platform rules). Important Notes: For returns not due to quality issues, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. For returns due to product quality issues, damage during shipping, or incorrect shipment on our behalf, Sultris will cover the shipping costs, which will be refunded along with your initial refund (proof of shipping costs is required). If the returned item does not meet the return requirements after quality inspection, we will be unable to process a refund and will return the item to you in its original condition, at your own expense.
